I offer one-to-one courses in CBT-I via phone or online video call, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home, without the stress of travelling to appointments. I don't want you to waste your time or money, so before booking with me please contact me via your preferred method with a summary of your sleep issues and any other relevant information. I will review this information to assess whether CBT-I could be right for you. If I think I can help then I will ask you to complete some short questionnaires and a sleep diary to track your sleep times and awakenings, and invite you to book an initial consultation to discuss your sleep in more detail.
Services
CBT-I Course
Weekly sessions to work through the components of CBT-I, tailored to your personal sleep needs. We will discuss how your current sleep habits, routines, thoughts and behaviours impact your sleep. I will provide recommendations for changes and guide you on how to implement them effectively. Each week, we will review your progress and make adjustments as needed. If you have any questions between sessions, I provide support via email, text, or WhatsApp.
Single 50-60-minute session: £90
Course of 50-60-minute sessions: £80 per session when booked as a block of three or more. Most people need five sessions.
Initial Consultation
Opportunity to discuss your sleep problem in detail, the impact it has on your life, and what you are hoping to achieve, and to ensure that CBT-I is right for you. I will provide some information about sleep and initial recommendations, and discuss an individualised CBT-I course with you. If CBT-I is not right for you, I will explain why, and discuss alternative support.

Terms of use and how to book
For any enquiries or to book an appointment please contact me via your preferred method. If you are interested in booking time with me, please include a brief description of your sleep problem and mention any co-occurring physical, mental health, or neurodivergent conditions.
If CBT-I and I could be a good fit for you, I will ask you to book an initial 90-minute consultation. A provisional appointment will be arranged, which will be confirmed once payment has been received. Before the consultation, I will send you brief questionnaires and a sleep diary to complete. As CBT-I is individualised, I won’t be able to provide therapy or recommendations without these.
Payments should be made via BACS transfer, with payment details provided at the time of the provisional booking. Payments are expected at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you are booking a CBT-I course then full payment is required before the first session. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations
Appointments can be fully refunded or rescheduled if you notify me with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments within 24 hours can be rescheduled at no extra cost provided a mutually convenient time can be arranged within the same working week; otherwise they will not be refunded.
If, for any unforeseen reason, I am unable to keep an appointment, I will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible, and will arrange with you to reschedule or refund the appointment.
Confidentiality
Any information you share with me is treated as confidential and will be collected and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with my privacy policy. If you have a co-occurring physical, mental health, or neurodivergent condition then I will advise informing your GP that you are undergoing CBT-I, but I will not routinely share any information with them or any other specialist without your consent.
