Cognitive behavioural therapy for nightmares (CBT-N) is a structured approach to reducing the frequency and intensity of nightmares via six one-to-one online sessions.

If you have been having nightmares for more than a month, at least once a week, that usually wake you up and cause distress, then please get in touch to find out more about how I can help.

Using CBT-N, I can support you to identify themes in your nightmares and work on resolving those themes by rescripting the nightmares and practicing imagery rehearsal. Over time this helps to reduce the frequency and intensity of nightmares. I can also help you work through other sleep-related issues such as developing healthy sleep habits, reducing sleep anxiety, and insomnia.
